Recorded in December 1997 at the N.E.C. in their native Birmingham, Black Sabbath presents this unreleased document of their reunion for those two unprecedented dates, since after Ozzy Osbourne's departure in 1978 after their album Never Say Die!, there had been no reconciliation serious enough to materialize in a live performance, to the delight of all their fans, lovers of the most successful lineup of the English band, as well as Dio's time with the band in the 80s.

Includes the studio-recorded songs "Psycho Man" and "Selling My Soul".

Work published on CD in 1998 and released on triple vinyl in 2023.
